I also think there's a difference between text AI and art AI, and I do personally find the former more palatable than the latter. My understanding (which could be wrong!) is that text AI analyzes language patterns to figure out how to join words together in a way that makes sense. And there's really only so many ways you can jigsaw words together because of the way language works.
