<i.i guess the thing is that we all have skeletons in our closets but some of the skeletons don't hold up to scrutiny. they're plastic models, beneath which the real bodies are buried. at some point you have to grow up and clear out the rotting corpses. </i>

damn, what a way to put it. thanks for sharing all this, and it's genuinely nice to hear that you feel like you've managed to successfully grapple with some of this shit.
